Book It! Travel is owned and operated by Carrie Caldwell, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Carrie is an experienced travel counselor who has been organizing and managing group tours for over 20 years. In 2004, she earned her Travel and Tourism certification from Dakota County Technical College. In February of 2005, Carrie founded Book It! Travel and has been working full time as a leisure travel consultant and group tour director ever since.
Prior to working as a travel consultant, Carrie’s passion for travel, or “wanderlust” as she likes to say, took her to many destinations including 18 European countries, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru and Bolivia as well as many destinations all over the United States and Canada. Carrie likes to think that her passion for travel and enthusiasm is very contagious and is easily caught by the clients with whom she works.
Helping travelers plan the best trip for their needs is what is most important to Carrie. Personal service, attention to detail and a genuine desire for clients to have the best possible travel experience dictate her work ethic when planning a trip. Carrie’s expertise is in group travel planning and destinations in Europe but she has experience in all types of travel and is always ready to make that fantastic trip happen.
Through their network affiliation, Book It! Travel, is associated with the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).
